- Enter purchase orders, supplier invoice and check inventory stocks.
- Ensure endorsed sales DOs are returned timely from the drivers.
- Matching sales DO and sales invoice for uploading into customer portal.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to details.
- Work 2 weeks per month, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Can also work 4 hours daily, Mon to Fri.
