About the role
This role is responsible for driving and managing individual fundraising initiatives across digital platforms and campaigns. The Executive will take ownership of individual giving channels, including partnerships with third-party platforms and vendors, and develop campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. The role supports the organization's broader fundraising strategy through events, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, and helps the charity meet its overall fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising Administration & Donor Management (60%)
- Respond to donation enquiries by phone, email and other communication channels.
- Process donations and send acknowledgements to donors.
- Update and maintain accurate donor records in the database.
- Assist with donor follow-ups when required.
- Maintain proper records and filing of donation-related documents.
2. Reporting & General Administration (30%)
- Update fundraising reports, trackers, and records.
- Assist with preparing documents and presentation materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the Fundraising team.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Manager or Director.
3. Fundraising Events (10%)
- Provide general assistance for fundraising events and activities.
- Assist with event set-up, registration and on-site duties when required.ng, and operations.
General
- Support ad hoc fundraising and organizational initiatives as assigned
About you
- N-Level, O-Level or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
- Able to communicate clearly and politely.
- Organised and careful with data and records.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- No prior fundraising experience required
