📌 Job Description
- Oversee the company’s overall finance function and P&L
- Lead financial planning, reporting and business performance analysis
- Manage and oversee finance operations across the business
- Work closely with the Indonesia Finance Head on regional finance matters
- Support the company’s expansion into the US market
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making
✅ Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Strong accounting background with solid experience in financial management
- Prior experience managing F&B or Retail portfolios is highly preferred
- Proven experience overseeing P&L and financial performance
- Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a regional environment and supporting international expansion
