Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up closely with contractors, vendors, and mall management on all on-site works to ensure smooth and timely completion.
Be actively involved on-site to monitor daily work progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure works are carried out according to schedule.
Conduct regular site checks and inspections, highlighting any defects, delays, or operational concerns, and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure workmanship quality, safety practices, and compliance during renovation, repair, and maintenance works.
Work closely with outlet Operations teams to identify repair, reinstatement, and maintenance requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide hands-on support in coordinating day-to-day repair and maintenance works across outlets.
Track project timelines, costs, and work completion status to ensure all works are delivered within approved budget and timeline.
Attend site meetings, prepare progress updates, and keep stakeholders informed on work status, challenges, and action plans.
Support sourcing, comparison, and appointment of contractors/vendors, including follow-up on quotations and service scope.
Assist and support outlet-related project works, emergency rectifications, and maintenance matters when required.

Requirements

Minimum NITEC qualification or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in project coordination, renovation, or maintenance works (F&B / restaurant environment preferred).
Practical knowledge in renovation works, M&E, basic construction, repair and maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
Comfortable working on-site and travelling between outlets when required.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Hands-on, resourceful, and able to respond quickly to operational issues.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple site matters concurrently.
