- Be the eagle-eye on the floor, solving bottlenecks before they appear.
- Keep the front-of-house spotless, prepped, and welcoming at all times.
- Help with inventory, stock checks, and the little things that keep us running smoothly.

- Lead by example in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and inspection-ready environment.
- Regularly train team members in hygiene best practices — because safety is service too.

- Proven experience in hospitality leadership, preferably in cafes or restaurants
- Passion for coffee, service, and people
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and lead a team with clarity and warmth
- Strong communication skills — both listening and directing
