📋 Job Scope:

  • Pick and pack online grocery orders accurately while ensuring all items meet customer requirements.
  • Inspect products for freshness, quality, packaging condition, and expiry dates before dispatch.
  • Sort and organize completed orders according to assigned delivery zones and scheduled timeslots.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, goods receiving, inventory checks, and general warehouse duties.
  • Handle cashiering operations, process payments accurately, and deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
