Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry for purchase and sales records.
  • Prepare, print, email, and file trade documents.
  • Support billing and invoicing processes.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
