Job Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional front-line customer service
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
- Assist customers with requests, directions, registration or general service matters
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and visitors
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- No experience? No worries! Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
- Available for both office-hour positions and shift work, including weekends and public holidays
