Working Hours:
- 5-day work week
- 12-hour shift
- 10:00am to 10:00pm
Salary: Gross salary of S$2,700 – S$3,200 per month, which includes:
- Basic Salary
- Overtime Pay

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily minimart operations
- Supervise and manage retail staff during shift
- Perform cashiering and ensure accurate cash handling
- Monitor stock levels and handle stock ordering
- Receive, check, and restock goods
- Ensure shelves are neat and products are properly displayed
- Handle costing and basic pricing / margin checks
- Manage Ninja / Shopee collection point operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare Panda Mart, GrabMart, and Shopee orders
- Attend to customer enquiries and handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping
- Monitor product expiry dates and low stock items
- Support store opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- No experience required; training provided
- Retail or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Able to commit long-term
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy items
- Responsible, customer-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bilingual preferred
- No foreign quota
