Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees, teas, and wellness beverages with precision, consistency, and care.
- Share knowledge of MORROW’s beverage ethos, connecting drinks to our nutrition pillars and members’ lifestyle goals.
- Engage with guests warmly, offering personalised recommendations and building trusted relationships.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and beverage station to the highest standards.
- Operate, clean, and care for all beverage equipment responsibly.
- Support the wider F&B team during busy service periods, stepping into other customer-facing roles when required.
- Actively contribute to a culture of teamwork, ownership, and service excellence.
- Represent MORROW’s values as a spokesperson for our ethos, including participation in events such as cooking classes, demonstrations, or wellness education touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of barista or beverage preparation experience preferred.
- Genuine passion for coffee, wellness, and nutrition.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and educate guests.
- Strong communication and multitasking ability.
- Flexible and adaptable to support beyond core beverage responsibilities when traffic requires.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid food hygiene certification.
- Barista certification preferred.
