Sales Associate – Luxury Retail
5 Days 44 Hours

An established international luxury brand is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales excellence in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, including KPIs set by management
- Proactively engage walk-in and returning clients to generate sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and clienteling
- Deliver a high standard of service aligned with brand guidelines and service philosophy
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products, brand heritage, and industry trends
- Stay informed about competitors and market developments
- Support product launches and promotional initiatives
- Maintain professional grooming and adhere to brand presentation standards
- Comply with company policies and operational procedures
- Support inventory management and participate in stock takes
- Assist with daily store opening and closing duties
- Support VM implementation as directed by management
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, high-end fashion, jewellery, or watch retail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
Passionate about sales with a strong appreciation for premium aesthetics
Comfortable using digital tools and clienteling platforms (e.g., CRM systems, social media, Salesforce)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
