Job Scope:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle enquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing enquiries.
- Perform general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate customer, client, and administrative records in internal systems.
- Process invoices, orders, forms, and other routine documentation as required.
- Support daily office operations and assist the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
