📋 Job Scope:
▪️ Provide general administrative and operational support 📑
▪️ Assist with event preparation, document organization, and logistics/manpower allocation 📊
▪️ Coordinate with external agencies for smooth staffing and operational planning 🤝
▪️ Support on-site duties during live events and concerts 🏟️
▪️ Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned 📝
🎯 Requirements:
▪️ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Strong MS Excel skills are essential!) 💻
▪️ Meticulous and number-sensitive with good attention to detail 🔢
▪️ Comfortable assisting with on-site event coordination and operations 🏟️
▪️ Able to commit from 12 October to End December 2026 🗓️
