⏰ Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

⚠️ Important: Must be comfortable reporting earlier at approximately 7:00am–7:15am on 2–3 days to support mobile vaccination sessions.

📋 Job Scope:
• Maintain and update staff records for vaccination eligibility
• Consolidate vaccination records from mobile and central vaccination sites
• Perform data entry, verification and filing of vaccination forms
• Assist with registration and crowd management when required
• Consolidate and verify vaccination records for billing purposes

🔎 Requirements:
• Minimum GCE A-Level / Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office,
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
