•⁠  ⁠Assist the Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu and company standards. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Assist in ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation consistently meet expectations. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients such as vegetables and meat. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Assist with cooking preparation, plating, portioning, and packing of food. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering kitchen supplies and preparing shopping lists. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Ensure proper food storage, labelling, and stock rotation. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation and follow food hygiene and safety standards. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Assist with receiving and organising food deliveries. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Support and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Guide and assist Kitchen Assistants with daily kitchen tasks when required. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Minimise food wastage and ensure proper use of kitchen supplies and resources. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

  • Working hours: 11am – 8pm, with 1.5-hour lunch break
  • 6-day work week
  • Current off day: Friday
  • Weekend off days will be available once the kitchen team reaches 3 staff
  • In-house meals provided
  • Performance incentives upon passing probation (2 months)
  • Priority given to Singapore Citizens
  • Food Safety Course preferred
  • Able to speak Mandarin
