What you'll be doing
- Attend to patients and visitors at service counters and provide assistance throughout their visit
- Manage patient registration, appointments, admissions and other service-related matters
- Handle patient enquiries and provide accurate information on hospital services and processes
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate appointments, investigations and other patient service needs
- Manage payments, billing-related enquiries and other administrative transactions where required
- Assist with queue management and ensure smooth day-to-day counter operations
- Handle patient feedback and escalate service issues to the relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation in accordance with hospital procedures
- Support departmental administrative duties and service improvement initiatives
- Maintain a professional, courteous and patient-focused approach at all times
What we're looking for
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality or other service-oriented environments will be advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
