Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient  daily operational and maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality and customer satisfaction. You play a crucial part in our mission to deliver exceptional dinning experience and contribute directly to the success of our restaurant.

Key responsibilities

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage team members effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer- focused effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations and company polices.
  • Ensure all food and beverage quality meets the company standard.
  • Assist with staff recruitment, training , scheduling and performance management to maintain a motivated and competent team.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Restaurant Manager and team member to ensure seamless operation.
  • Any ad-hoc assigned by the Restaurant Manager
  • Requirements:
  • Service Orientated with a passion to serve.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good Team Player
  • Good communicate skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
