We are looking for F&B Management Trainee to join our team. We are well-established Western /Japanese fusion. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate to serve, communicate, meeting new customers and building a career in F&B industry.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and serve customer warmly and professionally.
- Use POS systems and manage table reservations.
- Set up and closing of the restaurant, including daily opening and closing checklist.
- Learn and understanding restaurant functions and operations.
- Support daily operations and contribute ideas for service improvement.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager and team member to ensure seamless operation.
- Any ad-hoc assigned by the Restaurant Manager
- Requirements:
- Service Orientated with a passion to serve.
- Positive attitude.
- Good Team Player
- Good communicate skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
