We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven, and proactive Retail Store Specialist to manage our physical store and connect with our community of parents and gift-seekers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively drive store sales by building warm, lasting relationships with customers. Identify customer needs, cross-sell, and close sales effectively while maintaining high service standards.
Store Management & Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory receiving, stock replenishments, visual merchandising, and opening/closing procedures. Keep the sales floor organized, welcoming, and pristine.
Developmental Advisory: Provide insightful guidance to parents and gift shoppers on age-appropriate products, toys, and nursery/kids' lifestyle goods based on child development stages.
Premium Gift Wrapping: Execute neat, beautiful, and brand-consistent gift-wrapping services for customers purchasing gifts.
Community Touchpoint: Serve as the brand ambassador for Liliewoods Social, delivering exceptional hospitality and handling customer inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

What We Are Looking For

Sales-Oriented Mindset: Strong track record in achieving sales targets, active upselling, and customer conversion.
Knowledge in Child Development (Preferred): Familiarity or keen interest in kids' growth milestones, Montessori/play-based learning concepts, or early childhood needs.
Gift-Wrapping Skill: Neat handiwork and attention to detail when wrapping presents.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English with a friendly, confident, and persuasive manner.
Self-Motivated & Reliable: Comfortable working independently on the retail floor and taking ow
