Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), journal entries and month-end closing.
- Prepare and maintain intercompany billing.
- Manage daily cash flow.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record bank transactions promptly and accurately.
- Prepare group reporting and consolidation.
- Assist in audit preparation and reporting.
- Assist with quarterly GST returns.
- Approve transactions via the Convera platform.
- Prepare Trade Finance applications with Maybank, DBS and UOB.
- Monitor Trade Finance status and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Handle general company affairs and office administration.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Must have experience handling full set of accounts independently.
- Good knowledge of AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Knowledge of GST, audit preparation and Trade Finance is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
