Kitchen Crew
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Crew member to join our dynamic food and beverage team. This role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food preparation and hygiene, and ensuring efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Description**
• Assist in food preparation activities including washing, cutting, and measuring ingredients according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage facilities in compliance with food safety regulations
• Support chefs in cooking operations during service periods and ensure timely preparation of menu items
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, storing ingredients properly, and minimising food wastage
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent qualification; food hygiene certification (e.g., WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1) is advantageous
• Previous experience in kitchen operations or food preparation is preferred but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure during peak service hours
• Strong teamwork skills with good communication abilities; willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
