Job Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing customers via phone to promote products/services and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries and sales status.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth shipment and delivery arrangements.
- Prepare Incoterms, air/sea freight quotations and relevant shipping/customs documents.
- Update customer and sales information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone and face-to-face communication.
- Experience in Telemarketing, Cold Calling, Sales or Customer Service is preferred.
- Comfortable with customer follow-up and coordination work.
