🎯 Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs and performance goals.
🤝 Deliver excellent customer service and provide suitable product recommendations.
👟 Develop strong product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
📦 Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management and merchandise handling.
🏬 Maintain attractive product displays and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
💬 Identify sales opportunities and share customer feedback with the Store Management team.
🔄 Support store opening, closing and daily retail operations.
✅ Maintain store cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
✅ Requirements
Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
Passionate about sportswear, fashion, lifestyle products and customer engagement.
Energetic, presentable and customer-oriented personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven with a positive attitude and good teamwork.
Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
