Key Responsibilities:
- Handle warehouse documentation, delivery orders, purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain inventory and stock records and assist with stock checks.
- Coordinate deliveries, suppliers and customers.
- Handle basic bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate filing and administrative records.
- Assist the General Manager with daily administrative and accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse administration and/or bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Accounting/ERP software experience is an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing or metal industry is an advantage.
