Role Description
- Manage the entire customer journey from enquiry to project completion
- Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customers’ project requirements and recommend suitable Flooring /Decking /Wall solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits, including measurements and colour/material coordination
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records, manage customer expectations, and work towards sales targets
- Commission-driven role with strong earning potential
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on achieving targets
- Good communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Experience in interior design, building materials, renovation, flooring, or furnishing is preferred
- Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting customers on-site
- Motivated by uncapped commission and earning potential
- Able to work on-site, including some weekends/evenings
- Comfortable with basic office software and CRM/sales tools
- Relevant diploma/degree is an advantage, but equivalent industry or showroom experience is also considered
