Product Engineer

Kaki Bukit
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:45pm
Job Responsibilities
- Review system and component information for manufacturability and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Work with customers and Design Engineers to verify system specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Maintain the Material Master and BOM in SAP in collaboration with Purchasing and Planning teams.
- Develop manufacturing workflows and prepare Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI).
- Provide technical support for manufacturing and resolve product-related issues.
- Support Project Engineers on customer technical matters and project quotations.
- Support and train Site Installation teams during installation and commissioning.
- Work with Operations and Site teams to achieve customer project targets.
- Liaise with suppliers’ engineers to resolve component-related technical issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automation tooling and control engineering.
- Knowledge of workflow design and implementation.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Willing to travel overseas when required.
