🧪 LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST (PERM) – OIL & GAS CHEMICAL
📍Boon Lay
💰 Basic Salary: $2,800
✨ PERMANENT ROLE + AWS + VARIABLE BONUS!
💵 Allowances:
• Transport: $20/day
• Day Shift: $35/day
• Night Shift: $55/day
⏰ Working Hours: 12-Hour Rotating Shift
• 8:30am – 8:30pm / 8:30pm – 8:30am
• 2 days morning → 2 days off → 2 days night → 2 days off
• Example: Mon & Tue morning → Wed & Thu off → Fri & Sat night

🔬 JOB SCOPE:
• Conduct accurate and timely laboratory tests and analysis
• Support daily laboratory operations and coordinate activities when required
• Supervise and guide Laboratory Analysts
• Support Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA) and laboratory projects
• Perform analysis at site laboratories or field assignments
• Mentor newly joined/promoted Laboratory Analysts
• Assist with practical training for new Analysts
📋 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to perform laboratory tests accurately according to standard methods
• Standardise reagents/equipment and prepare titration solvents/test solutions when required
• Represent the laboratory as a witness at third-party and refinery laboratories
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of laboratory areas and equipment
• Check and follow laboratory protocols when dubious results are encountered
• Able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime when required
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
• Adhere to SGS standards of ethics and integrity
