The Opportunity:
- Our Client, MNC shipping & Logistics company
- Location: Changi
- Salary: Up to $3500
- Monday - Friday & Alternate Saturday
- Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm / 8:30am - 12:30pm (Saturday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle air export shipment enquiries and provide timely support to customers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate end-to-end export shipment processes, including cargo collection, documentation, permit applications, and shipping instructions.
- Liaise with airlines, transport vendors, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with airfreight regulations and customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 year of experience in air freight operation
