📌 Job Scope
- Liaise with customers, warehouse teams & freight forwarders
- Handle customer orders, shipment bookings & transportation arrangements
- Monitor inventory and investigate stock discrepancies
- Maintain accurate cycle count & inventory records
- Prepare and compile monthly KPI reports
- Ensure operational KPIs and service standards are met
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth daily operations
