Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome every customer with warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences, ensuring each interaction feels personal and memorable.
- Handle customer queries and feedback with professionalism and composure.
- Assist in daily store activities including cashiering, order processing, and packaging of baked goods.
- Maintain attractive product displays, ensuring items are always fresh, neatly arranged, and inviting.
- Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment of shelves.
- Uphold strict cleanliness and food safety requirements in accordance with Singapore’s regulatory standards.
- Ensure the retail area is tidy, well-organised, and aligned with Lavender’s commitment to excellence.
- Work closely with colleagues to support smooth store operations during busy periods.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow, customer satisfaction, and store presentation.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduate and School Leavers is Encourage to Apply (Food Retail Experience is an added advantage)
- Energetic and Outgoing personalities
- Communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (the Mandarin Language will be an added advantage)
- Able to work on weekend.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
