We are looking for a Receptionist Relief Cover to cover the permanent receptionist’s duties whenever she is on leave.
📍 Location: Jln Ahmad Ibrahim
💰 Salary: $13/hour
📅 Duration: Long-term ad-hoc
📆 Working Days: As and when required, based on the receptionist’s leave schedule
🕐 Working Hours: 7:42 AM – 5:00 PM
🚌 Company Transport Provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Attend to visitors and inform the relevant personnel.
- Manage meeting room reservations and keys.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception and mailroom.
- Sort and distribute letters and small parcels to the relevant departments.
- Handle outgoing correspondence and parcels via courier or hand delivery.
- Update the welcome message on the LG TV display board when required.
- Deliver HR-related courier items to the HR department promptly.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and pleasant personality.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience is an advantage.
