📅Duration: 3 - 6 Months
🕘 Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm, 2 days a week (Excludes Friday)
Responsibilities
- Registered patients and verified personal and appointment details accurately.
- Assisted patients with appointment bookings, registration, and general enquiries.
- Provided directions and guidance to patients and visitors within the hospital.
- Managed administrative documentation, forms, and data entry related to patient services.
- Coordinated with medical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth patient flow.
- Handled phone calls and walk-in enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assisted with billing, payment-related enquiries, and insurance matters where required.
- Maintained confidentiality and ensured accurate handling of patients’ personal information.
Requirements:
- Efficient, organised and able to manage repetitive or high-volume administrative tasks accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with underwriting and policy data.
- Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets and structured data entry.
- Able to follow established processes and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Willing and keen to learn about WICA underwriting and Casualty/Liability insurance.
- Responsible, dependable and able to work independently with appropriate guidance.
- Singaporeans only.
