- Welcome and seat guests, provide menus, and recommend popular dishes and promotions.
- Take food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards.
- Attend to customers’ questions, feedback, and complaints.
- Handle payments and cash accurately.
- Keep the dining area, tables, and service areas clean and tidy.
