Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and profitability for the assigned department and product categories.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards.
- Plan and allocate products based on sales performance and customer demand.
- Supervise and train Retail Assistants.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily retail operations.
