Role: Temp Retail Assistant
Salary: $14/HR
Location: Raffles City
Duration: Immediate – Jan 2027
Working hours: : Monday to Friday, 2PM to 6PM (need to be open to support 6PM-10PM when required)
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers; provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice on bags/accessories.
- Maintain good customer relationships and handle enquiries/complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on products, new launches, promotions, and pricing.
- Operate POS/cashiering: process sales, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately.
- Receive and process new stock; handle replenishment, transfers, returns, and damages.
- Support stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards: displays, folding, tagging, price labels.
- Ensure store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Liaise with HQ/operations on stock issues, sales updates, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned (e.g., event support, basic admin).
