Responsibilities

Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support business needs.
Coordinate project activities across the solution lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and operational effectiveness.
Gather, document, and track business requirements, enhancement requests, and support issues.
Collaborate with users, vendors, and technical teams to facilitate solution implementation and issue resolution.
Monitor application performance and support ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), application support, and user onboarding activities.
Support operational and reporting activities related to digital transformation and analytics initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Systems Management, Statistics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
Experience supporting digital applications, dashboards, reporting tools, or technology projects.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power BI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Experience coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools is an added advantage.
Experience in application support, user support, UAT, or system enhancement coordination is an added advantage.
Familiarity with data management, databases, SQL, or Microsoft Fabric is an added advantage.
Experience supporting business applications, analytics solutions, or reporting platforms is an added advantage.
