Responsibilities:

  • Handle client onboarding, account opening, and platform setup, including basic investment guidance.
    Manage client enquiries, documentation, compliance checks, and store operations.
  • Support sales targets, lead follow-ups, appointments, and cross-selling activities.
    Assist with marketing campaigns, events, workshops, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to improve customer experience and service processes.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, financial advisory, or retail investment.
  • Familiarity with financial compliance and documentation.
  • RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8 and M8A certifications highly preferred.
  • Tech-savvy, customer-focused, and willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
