We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer refund enquiries and support end-to-end case resolution. This role involves handling customer communications, validating refund claims, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure a positive customer experience.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Location: Marymount (Hybrid)
Contract: 1 month, renewable and convertible to perm
Start date: September 2026
- Handle customer enquiries and refund-related cases via email and approved communication channels.
- Create, update, and maintain customer cases in the CRM system.
- Review transaction records and supporting documents to assess refund eligibility.
- Process approved refunds accurately and within established timelines.
- Follow up with customers for missing information and provide timely updates on case status.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to verify and resolve cases.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
- Monitor outstanding cases and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- Experience in customer service, contact centre operations, administration, claims, refunds, or case management.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high volumes of cases accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and empathetic approach.
