Airfreight Officer (Shift work / East / MNC / 3PL)
Air Export Operations
- Coordinate daily air export shipments from booking through to final departure.
- Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletisation and warehouse handling.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists and export permits.
- Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers and overseas offices.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely departure according to customer requirements.
- Handle shipment irregularities and provide timely updates to customers.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipment schedules, documentation and shipment status.
- Ensure customer requirements and KPIs are met.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
