  • Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of customers’ vehicles to and from their locations according to the assigned schedule.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist Service Advisors with moving customers’ vehicles to and from the workshop.
  • Move vehicles to designated parking areas and refuel vehicles when required.
  • Ensure company replacement vehicles are clean and well-maintained, including updating mileage and refuelling when necessary.
  • Assist with office purchases and other administrative errands as required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
