Job Responsibilities:
Manage company procurement activities and supplier relationships; develop and execute procurement plans;
Source, screen, and evaluate suppliers; maintain long-term partnerships;
Negotiate procurement prices, delivery schedules, quality standards, and contracts;
Monitor procurement, delivery status, and inventory levels to ensure stable supply;
Conduct market and price research to manage and control procurement costs;
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments to promptly resolve procurement-related issues;
Oversee supplier management and procurement operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related fields preferred;
Over 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management; experience in the trading industry is an advantage;
Proficiency in supplier sourcing, procurement negotiation, and cost control;
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
Conscientious, responsible, results-oriented, and cost-conscious;
Familiarity with the Singapore procurement and supply chain market is a plus;
Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
