Pastry & Confectionery Maker

We are looking for Pastry & Confectionery Maker to join our production team at Twenty Grammes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake sponges, tart shells and other pastry components
  • Produce mousse cakes, tarts and desserts for our outlet
  • Prepare creams, fillings, mousses and other pastry components
  • Assemble, cream and finish cakes to our required standards
  • Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation and portioning
  • Maintain proper food hygiene, storage and cleanliness standards
  • Support seasonal products and new launches when required

Requirements

  • Relevant pastry/baking experience preferred
  • Comfortable with both pastry production and cake finishing
  • Able to cream and finish cakes neatly
  • Good attention to detail and consistency
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Work Permit (WP) holders are welcome to apply!
