👨‍🍳 What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chinese restaurant or hotel kitchen
✅ Strong wok cooking skills
✅ Skilled in steaming, boiling, braising and other Chinese cooking techniques
✅ Experienced in preparing a variety of authentic Chinese dishes
✅ Able to handle daily cooking operations independently
✅ Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
✅ Responsible, hardworking and a good team player

🍳 Your Responsibilities

🔹 Prepare and cook delicious Chinese dishes according to the menu
🔹 Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation
🔹 Handle daily food preparation and kitchen operations
🔹 Ensure a clean, safe and organised kitchen
🔹 Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations
