🕐 Working Schedule
4 days work / 2 days off
Rotating 12-hour shifts
☀️ Day: 6:50 AM – 7:00 PM
🌙 Night: 6:50 PM – 7:00 AM
What You'll Learn & Do
🔧 Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on process machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
🔧 Assist with machinery setup to ensure equipment readiness and smooth commencement of mass production.
🔧 Support machinery setup activities to ensure readiness and timely commencement of mass production.
🔧 Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives and preventive measures to enhance operational efficiency.
🔧 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and performance targets
Who We’re looking For
✅ Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent, in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred.
✅ Able to work rotating 12 hours shifts
✅ Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
✅ Comfortable with manufacturing environment
