💼 Requirements:
💖 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the professional slimming industry.
👩‍💼 Supervisory or team-leading experience will be highly preferred.
⏰ Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
📜 Possesses body / aesthetic / beauty certifications, and knowledge in facial techniques will be highly preferred.
🇸🇬 Open to Singaporeans & PRs. Work pass will be provided for this role.

🌟 Job Description:

Consultation & Sales Conversion

Conduct client consultations to understand treatment goals, concerns, and progress, and recommend suitable treatment plans and service options.
Recommend appropriate products, ampoules, add-on treatments, and service packages based on client needs and business objectives.
Drive sales conversion through professional consultation, client education, and effective follow-up.

Treatment Delivery & Client Relationship Management

Deliver approved Mumsrelle treatments while maintaining high service quality and client care standards.
Monitor and evaluate clients' treatment progress, providing personalized guidance and aftercare recommendations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

Support junior team members by sharing treatment knowledge, product knowledge, consultation techniques, and sales best practices.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve service quality, client experience, and outlet performance.

Record Management & Compliance

Maintain accurate consultation notes, treatment records, client updates, and follow-up information.
Stay updated on industry trends, treatment knowledge, and product information to enhance consultation effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, hygiene requirements, and operational procedures.
