Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Time Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine to join our kitchen team in Singapore. You will prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, applying strong wok and knife skills. Job Description

  • Cook a range of Chinese dishes using wok techniques, ensuring consistent taste, presentation and portion standards.
  • Prepare ingredients, including dicing, slicing and marinating, and set up the cooking station before service.
  • Handle and cook seafood, poultry (chicken, duck and goose) and meats (pork, beef and lamb) safely and hygienically.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards, and work collaboratively with kitchen colleagues.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in Chinese cuisine cooking, with proficiency in wok handling.
  • Strong knife skills and the ability to prepare a variety of seafood, poultry and meats.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; a valid Food Hygiene certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, with flexibility to work part-time shifts as scheduled.
