Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
- Welcome visitors and guide them to their designated rooms.
- Respond to guest questions, special requests, and complaints professionally.
2. Food & Beverage Service
- Record food and drink orders from guests at the counter or in their rooms.
- Deliver meals and beverages efficiently and ensure order accuracy.
- Collect used dishes and remove items after guests finish.
3. Room Preparation & Maintenance
- Prepare rooms for the next guests by checking cleanliness and replenishing supplies.
- Replace microphone covers, disinfect surfaces, and inspect room equipment.
- Notify the supervisor of any faulty equipment or repair needs.
4. Cashiering & Transactions
- Generate invoices and accept payments through cash, credit cards, and other methods.
- Assist with promotional offers and membership reward redemptions.
5. Daily Operations
- Top up essential supplies, including tissues, cutlery, and condiments.
- Help prepare the premises before opening and tidy up after closing.
- Liaise with kitchen and bar personnel to ensure smooth service.
6. Guest Safety & Rules
- Monitor guest behaviour and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Inform the supervisor or security personnel when dealing with disruptive or intoxicated guests.
