Job Summary
We are seeking Customer Service Ambassadors to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering warm, professional and efficient service. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and value merit, collaboration and a respectful, multicultural workplace.
Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in person or by phone, responding to enquiries accurately and courteously
- Resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating complex matters to the relevant team members where appropriate
- Put up and submit accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and transactions where necessary
- Support the team in upholding service standards and keeping the customer service area organised and welcoming
- Comply with all SOPs in place
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Good command of spoken and written English; ability to converse in mandarin or dialects is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm, patient and solution-focused when handling customer queries.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems; prior customer service or healthcare experience is an advantage
Working Hours
- 4 day work week shift
- 12hours shift
- 8am to 8pm
- Part Timers welcomed too
