About the Role
Join our Commercial team and support marketing, communications, and business engagement initiatives for dnata's premium airport services, including lounges, Meet & Greet, and Marhaba products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and newsletters.
- Assist with client presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Coordinate social media content and digital marketing initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Liaise with global teams to support product visibility.
- Assist in organizing client visits, events, and engagement activities.
- Maintain client databases and contact lists.
- Gather customer feedback and distribute communications.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and data tracking.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality, travel, or service industries.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Canva or other design tool experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
