Main responsibilities:

  • Handle operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
  • Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Arrange and update appointments for walk-in customers and liaise with the internal stakeholders
  • Maintain adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues
  • Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of retail operational duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
  • Other retail showroom related duties assigned by supervisor

Pre-requisites:

  • Min. 'O' Level
  • Min. 1 year working experience (preferably in a retail environment) with exposure in retail operations
  • PC literate
  • Organised, meticulous and possess good communication skills
  • Able to work on 5 days rotating work week which includes weekends and public holidays


The successful candidate will be based at our Life by City Energy showroom located Plaza Singapura shopping mall.
